A Voice for Working Families
Chuck Sanfilippo worked his way from heavy machinery operator to small business owner.
He’s running for City Council to make Chula Vista safer, stronger, and more affordable for every family.
Dear Neighbor,
Like many other families in our community, I came from humble beginnings. I was raised in an immigrant, blue-collar household—my mother was a waitress at IHOP and my father was a fisherman. We didn’t have much, but they worked hard, and I am grateful for that to this day.
I’ve spent my career working with my hands. I worked in aerospace before a plant closure forced me to transition into the construction industry. I started as a heavy machinery operator and worked my way up to owning my own business. Throughout my life, I have spent my days alongside countless hard-working families trying to make something of themselves and give their families a better life.
Now, I’m running for Chula Vista City Council to take those experiences and put them to work. I will fight for working families in Chula Vista and make our community a safer and more affordable place to live, work, and raise a family.
Chula Vista is a city full of opportunity, and I’m committed to making sure every neighborhood and every family has a voice at City Hall.
I hope to earn your vote.
Chuck Sanfilippo
